Overview
Founded in 2012, Vitamare Holdings is a growing group and has grown the process of restructuring and consolidating began in 2015 which led to Vitamare Group becoming a vehicle managing several business interests across various industries. The main area of operations has always been the expertise to assist new and existing businesses operate across borders. The objective of Vitamare Group became to manage and invest in new opportunities.
Both, Vitalina Novikova and her managing partner Peter Hajisavva, have played a big role in the success of Vitamare Group and its subsidiaries. We constantly looking for new investment opportunities and our vision to be an active investor has generated a growth in capital and income. Over the years, the group has invested in many projects nationally and internationally. Its’ existing portfolio manages a diverse group of companies in six sectors:

We are great at supporting an establishing company because we have such a diverse list of resources and infrastructure. This allows us to assist in many areas of a start-up business. We have built a large network of key people in various regions and may also help arrange finance from banks and other institutions. Most of the groups’ success can be attributed to the fact that Vitamare was always able to offer investment solutions into local and other markets, project management, market knowledge & networking opportunities and a diverse portfolio.
